Syr-RomLaw.3.12 :ܘܠܐ ܐܝܬ ܠܗ ܠܐ ܐܒܐ ܘܠܐ ܐܡܐ ܘܠܐ ܒܢ̈ܝܐ܃ ܘܐܝܬ ܠܗ ܕ̈ܕܐ܃ ܝ݁ܪܬܝܢ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܕ̈ܕܐ‏ : if someone does not have a father or father or children or uncles, then his uncle's children are his heirs
