P Is41:14 :ܠܐ ܬܕܚܠܝܢ ܬܘܠܥܗ ܕܝܥܩܘܒ܂ ܘܡܢܝܢܗ ܕܐܝܣܪܝܠ‏ : [=MT אַל־תִּירְאִי תּוֹלַעַת יַעֲקֹב מְתֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל; note that in this passage the Targum reads תּוֹלַעַת as if it were תולדות, while the LXX renders neither key term. Perhaps, then, Peshitta Urtext read ܬܘܠܕܗ "his generation" and this word was intended to be mnyn, "number".
