BT BB 63b(9) :צריך למכתב ליה קני לך מארעית תהומא ועד רום רקיעא מאי טע׳ עומקא ורומא בסתמא לא קני‏ : he must write for him: "buy it from the bottom of the abyss to the top of the sky"; why? because (rights to) depth and height are not acquired without specifying
