BT Mak 2b(42) :הני מלי היכא דאית ליה או לדידיה או לדידהו אבל היכא דלית ליה {א}לא לדידיה ולא לדידהו ̇מזדבני̇‏ : this refers to where one – either he or they – has (money). But where one – either he or they – does not have (money), they are sold (into slavery)
