כַרְמֶל‏ n.m. Carmel

the Carmel JLAtg, Syr, Man, LJLA. TgJ Jos19:26 : וֻמעָרַע בְכַרמְלָא לְיַמָא‏ from GN which is in the Carmel to the sea. TgJ 1Sam25:2 : וְגֻברָא בְמָעוֹן וְנִכסוֹהִי בְכַרמְלָא וְגֻברָא רָב לַחדָא‏ there was a man in GN whose property was in the Carmel, and he was a very substantial man. TgIIChron 26:10 : וענבי כרמין בטורא ובכרמלא‏ [MT! וְכֹרְמִים בֶּהָרִים וּבַכַּרְמֶל, see note s.v. ˁnb vb.].
