If not an error (see s.v. gpyp adj.), this must be rather understood as a fig. usage of gp #1, "edge of a cliff" or the like, as vocalized by Bedjan. What is totally excluded is the invention "casa" of LS2 and its vocalization there. The description is of being stuck all winter in a small snow-covered cliffside cave.
