The meaning "structural corner" at Pesh. Neh. 3:32 is an error for pny, pnytˀ; cf. the Lee edition p. 502:14 where the form ܦܢܝܐ is a verb and the noun is ܦܢܝܬܐ. In any case it is clear that "corner" was not recognized as a possible meaning of this word in Syriac, or any other dialect for that matter.
