צְרִיךְ   adj.  poor; needy


  poor, needy  PTA, CPA, Sam, Syr, Man.  TN Deut15:11 : למסכינייה ולצריכיכון בארעכון. w. infinitive : need to ..., must ...  JLAtg, Gal, PTA, LJLA.  TgJ 2Sam21:4 : לֵית אְנַחנָא צְרִיכִין לְמִסַב כְסַף  we do not need to take money.  FTV Deut25:2 : ויהויי אין צריך חייבא למילקי  if the sinner needs to be lashed.  PJ Ex16:23 : ית דאתון צריכין למיפא מחר איפו יומא דין  that which you need to bake tomorrow bake today. (usually w. ב‏) or relative clause : in need of, requiring  JLAtg, Sam, JBA, LJLA.  TgO Gen16:12 : הוּא יְהֵי צְרִיך לְכוֹלָא/בכולא/  he will be in need of everything.  PJ Lev23:42 : ואפילו זעירי דלא צריכין לאימהון  even the little ones who (no longer) have need of their mother.  TgIChron 28:12 : וצורת כל דהוה צריך  a diagram of everything that was required.
