the one(s) who, that which (determinative) Com. 11QtgJob 32.5=39:6 : די שוית דחשת ביתה ומדרה בא^ר^ע מליחה‏ whose home I placed in the steppe [=MT ערבה], his dwelling in a salty region. TgJ Hos8:7 : בֵית יִשרָאֵל דָמַן לִדרוּחַ זָרַע וְעַלעוּל חָצֵיד‏ the House of Israel is like one who sows a wind and harvests a storm.
